Color mixing is such a foundational part of children’s learning and I’m not sure I’ve seen a book on this subject as fun as this one. In the book ‘Animal Colors’, Christopher Silas Neal combines not only colors but also animals to see what creature would result. My daughter had a ball yelling out the color combo answers and together we laughed over each and every illustration of the resulting imaginary animals. This book is such a neat way to discuss such a fun topic.
