Tuned In or Out?

Manage your vibration

By Sweta Shah Sakhpara, Founder, PranaWorks February 1, 2022

Have you ever felt that meeting someone literally makes you tired? Drained?

Have you considered maybe you drain someone else in much the same way?

What is this that I am talking about?

It’s a feeling of fatigue, mentally and oftentimes physically too. It is a sign from your body, your brain, your inner voice, telling you that person, the situation or whatever it is - isn’t good for you. It is what we call “vibes”. Vibrations. Vibrations are signals we receive from others and send to others.

Some people are vibrating at such low frequencies due to their own thoughts, activities or mental or physical ailments, they unwittingly become energy vampires. They literally suck the energy out of you - leaving you feeling tired, moody, annoyed - sometimes leaving you so low you need a literal physical rest!

The opposite is true too. Sometimes you feel supercharged about meeting someone or going to someplace. That person or place is vibrating at such a high frequency that you want to rise up to that and match it. These people leave us smiling, musing, happy and energetic to the point of feeling restless - sometimes.

Listen to your body. To your cues. What are you feeling?

Are you looking forward to or dreading something?

Is your heart feeling happy or drops to your stomach at the thought?

Subtle signals from our own body. Subconscious cues we need to begin paying attention to.

And intentionally choosing to follow those cues and signals.

Just doing this much, could elevate your own frequency in a way that you will find yourself surrounded by people who cheer for you, bring out the best in you and leave you with a happy mind, happy heart and a big big smile!

May everyone reading this.. find a higher frequency to vibe at! ♥️♥️
