Just Trust

Learn to delegate

By Sweta Shah Sakhpara, Founder, PranaWorks March 27, 2023

Are you always on the go? Never stopping, never taking a break. Because no one can do it the way it should be done or the way you want it to be done - treating our bodies like machines until like any other machine, it breaks down and forces you to take that break?

Funny thing, it happened to me recently. So now I can legit write about it. Mine was just a viral infection, but nevertheless, I had to take a break!

If you’ve been a regular reader of my articles, you know how much I go on and on about letting go, sharing the load, saying no, and other things along those lines. It all came into play this time for me. For real.

And guess what? I practiced every word I preached, and everyone is thriving! Knock on wood!!

So here I am again, writing from my bed where I have to stay for a few more days to ensure I don’t accidentally spread it to the others in my vicinity. Let’s go easy on ourselves, let’s learn to delegate, and let’s learn to be patient when mistakes are made. Everyone is on your team and everyone is doing their best - learn to recognize that and you’ll feel so much lighter and you’ll recover faster. Just trust your team.

BTW, I now know my daughter makes the most amazing cold chocolate milk ever and that my son will always check in with me first thing every morning.❤️❤️

Can’t wait to get over this fever and go hug my team ❤️🧿

🙏🙏
