🌹 Mother's Day Brazilian Raintree Bonsai Workshop

Description

Learn basic bonsai techniques to start transforming plants into bonsai. Learn why it is important to have a good soil mix, root-prune, repot, and choose the right angles when repotting. Take this knowledge home and apply it to other plants as well.

We will work on the Brazilian Raintree, also known as 'Gilly' (here at the bonsai shop). In collaboration with NowHere, this workshop will be held at their SoHo gallery @ 40 Wooster St.

This class is for beginners to intermediate.

Materials Provided: handmade medium bonsai planter in white, one bonsai tree, soil, decorative rocks, and necessary tools for repotting. Other materials on site are available for purchase.
