Program:

Open Studio - noon to 4 pm

• In-the-studio works by Zachary Schumacher, Josue Bessiake, Amy Cheung, Angel Beale, and Dhruvi Rajpopat.

Open Library - noon to 4 pm

• The IPA operates the only public library on Governors Island, containing publications and periodicals on art, architecture, urban planning, and more. Spend some time getting to know our collection.

Battle of the Elements (ages 12+) - 2:00-3:30 pm, registration is required here.

• Earth Day Workshop with Amy Cheung

Modus Operandi - 3:00-4:00 pm

• In conjunction with the ongoing construction of a naval structure, this project invites participants to aid in constructing a stage in a ferry-like form using soft materials. Participants are encouraged to play and let their imaginations run rampant.
